What is the level of NLP thinking logic

Updated to 1 day ago

The NLP thinking logic level was originally developed by Gregory Bateson and later compiled by Robert Dilts and launched in 1991.

In NLP, environment, behavior, and ability are called the lower three layers. This is a level that we can realize,Beliefs, values, identity, and spirit (system) are called the senior high school level, This can be discovered in our daily lives by carefully analyzing it. Usually, low-level problems can be easily found by one level higher. However, if you look for methods at the same level or at its lower level, the effect is often not satisfactory or the consumption is too large.

Classification of NLP thinking logic levels

Our brains are divided into six levels when dealing with anything, namely:

Someone uses simple words to explain these 6 levels:

  • Spirit: Who else? (Who else?)
  • Identity: Who am I? (Who am I?)
  • Belief, value: Why? (Why?)
  • Ability: How? (How?)
  • Behavior: What? (What to do)
  • Environment: Where and When?(When, where?)

Examples of realistic thinking logic level

First, let us reiterate the meaning of each level:

  • Spirit: My relationship with all kinds of people and things in the world.
  • Identity: Who am I and what kind of person am I?
  • Belief, value: What should things be like? What is important and meaningful? What can be obtained or lost?
  • Ability: What other possibilities are there? How can I do it? What are the special abilities?
  • Behavior: What is the process? What is the content of the matter? What are the practices every day and last time?
  • Environment: Other people, what things, things, time, and place?
